This was a fun project to work on. I want to thank the owner, Mr. Benson for giving me the opportunity to revitalize this beautiful home in one of Santa Clara’s prized neighborhoods. Together with the contractor, HVP Design, we created a rich contemporary feel and open design. We also incorporated some smart “green” elements such as adding exterior wall insulation, new electrical wiring, special lighting sensors and timers, and CFL lighting throughout the home to save on electricity and produce a smaller carbon footprint. After three months of work and the result was amazing, let me know what you think.
