I really enjoy working in Santana Row and the architecture is something that I admire both outside on the terraces and in loft units. This particular unit is in the Deforest building which is the only building to have the special backside patio units. This unit features 300 plus square feet of out door space in an urban setting. It almost feels like your on a roof top in the city. The owner has done an exceptional job accenting the decor. He selected the model with the dramatic catwalk and popout which really enlarges the loft bedroom space. He was also prudent to buy an extra dedicated parking spot, which is not typical for all the loft units. Its a great community and location as many in the South Bay already know.
