Positives: Killlarney Farms home on a quiet interior street.  Home featured a clean feel with oak kitchen cabinets and tile counter tops, refinished hardwood floors, updated exterior paint, and newer roof, dual paned windows and new garage doors.  Beautifully landscaped front and back yards.

Negatives: The biggest draw back to this home is that there is no master bath room.  There are two bathrooms on upsstairs and one downstaris.  The downstairs bath is the hall bath and the bath for the down stairs bedroom, which I consider to be the master bedroom.  Other than that some of the decor is not fully updated but well finished.

Positives: This Mackay home in Birdland is fairly clean and definitely in move in condition. The home features a steel roof, dual paned windows, refinished hardwood floors, and roll up garage doors.  The school is Laurelwood Elementary and Peterson Middle School.  Interior of the home is freshly painted.

Negatives: The home is situated on thorough fare road, Dunford.  The bathrooms are original and need updating. Tacky vinyl flooring in the bathrooms, kitchen and den area.

Positives: Updated baths, dual paned windows, quiet location in a desirable Santa Clara Neighborhood.   Nice stylish updates, like recessed lighting, well placed and designed sky lights.   Exterior curb appeal and newer roof.  Cupertino Schools, Eisenhower Elementary and Hyde Middle.

Negatives: Backyard landscaping was poor, patio was shifted by severe settling.  Slight settling in the home, typical for these homes and this age.  Front yard had a home made pond that was designed in a ametuer fashion.  Kitchen was basic, with mirrors installed on the backsplash.

Positives: Quiet location in desireable Westwood Oaks.  Santa Clara schools Laurelwood and Peterson.  Many bedrooms with upstairs studio for inlaw or other specail living circumstances.

Negatives: Home is very outdated and original, bathrooms and kitchen are old.  Older windows, and lacks abundant living areas for the number of bedrooms.  Backyard is not well landscaped and backs up into an commercial office building.  Just carport and no garage.

Positives: Great Jones and Emmons Eichler.  I really appreciated the layout of this Eichler, the floor plan was ideal for any Eichler afficianado.  There were quite abit of original details such as the concrete stained floors and the landscaping was fair to good.  The home also featured an open kitchen and a spacious master suite.

Negatives: Although I thought the floors were tastelfully done, I could see how some may not be as enthusiastic.  The kichen cabinetry was older and painted black.   Main downside was the home is situated on Mary on a corner lot, and has two bedrooms that are on the Mary side and are quite noisy.

Positives: This Mackay home in Forest park is a great example of a one level 4 bedroom floor plan.  The home is situated on a 9000 sqft. lot and has a tile roof. Master bathroom has an updated vanity and sinke with new tile floor and back splash.  Laminate floor was installed and covers orginal hardwood.

Negatives: The home is on a corner lot on Pruneridge and noise can be heard in the backyard.  The home has original single paned windows, original kitchen, and is fairly original throughout.  Personally I didn’t care too much for the laminate flooring that covered over the original hardwood.

Positives: Another great Atrrium style Eichler in Sunnyvale.  This home was situated on a quite street with a large 8000 sqft. lot.  The home was in what I would consider good condition but not fully updated.  Very bright interior and functional floor plan.

Negatives: Kitchen was a galley style kitchen, felt it would be better if it were larger and more open.  Back yard had a pond that needed some work or total removal.

Positives:This Killarney Farms home showed nicely.  The floor plan was very functional and some what open.  The decor was a bit dated, but it was clean and well maintained.  There was a large family room addition off the back that was open and well done.  The back yard was decent size, room sizes were sufficient, and there was a large deck of the side of the house.  Separate family and living areas too.

Negatives:A bit dated decor, no master bathroom.  Pool in back had been filled in.

Positives:This Darvon Park home shows well.  The home is a typical smaller 1200 sqft Santa Clara home.  The decor was a bit dated in some parts of the house.  Bathrooms were updated and Kitchen counter tops changed.  Kitchen still featured old cabinets.  Home was clean and decently maintained.  The back yard featured a doughboy pool, new concrete work, and a shed.

Negatives:Smaller home. A slightly dated decor and a large dough boy pool that dominates the back yard.

Negatives: This Forest Park home showed poorly.  The decor was a bit dated and the lack of natural light made the house dark inside.  The family room was small.  There was a foreign odor in the home that smelled like a smoker had lived there.

Negatives: The home shows poorly and is in poor condition.  No updates have been done in any part of the home.  There is a large brick fireplace and inside BBQ dividing the dining area and living room.

Negatives: Home interior and exterior decor is dated.  The fourth bedroom is away from the other bedrooms near the garage and laundry area, makes a good guest room or office.

Negatives: The 4th bedroom is actually a loft bedroom built on the second level with a spiral staircase access.  Home is also on a semi-busy or trafficked street.

Negatives: The home is situated on a semi-busy road.  The addition took away about 300 sqft of back yard space.
