<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Negatives:</strong> The biggest draw back to this home is that there is no master bath room.  There are two bathrooms on upsstairs and one downstaris.  The downstairs bath is the hall bath and the bath for the down stairs bedroom, which I consider to be the master bedroom.  Other than that some of the decor is not fully updated but well finished.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Negatives:</strong> Backyard landscaping was poor, patio was shifted by severe settling.  Slight settling in the home, typical for these homes and this age.  Front yard had a home made pond that was designed in a ametuer fashion.  Kitchen was basic, with mirrors installed on the backsplash.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Negatives:</strong> Although I thought the floors were tastelfully done, I could see how some may not be as enthusiastic.  The kichen cabinetry was older and painted black.   Main downside was the home is situated on Mary on a corner lot, and has two bedrooms that are on the Mary side and are quite noisy.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Positives:</strong> This Mackay home in Forest park is a great example of a one level 4 bedroom floor plan.  The home is situated on a 9000 sqft. lot and has a tile roof. Master bathroom has an updated vanity and sinke with new tile floor and back splash.  Laminate floor was installed and covers orginal hardwood.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Negatives:</strong> The home is on a corner lot on Pruneridge and noise can be heard in the backyard.  The home has original single paned windows, original kitchen, and is fairly original throughout.  Personally I didn&#8217;t care too much for the laminate flooring that covered over the original hardwood.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Positives:</strong> Another great Atrrium style Eichler in Sunnyvale.  This home was situated on a quite street with a large 8000 sqft. lot.  The home was in what I would consider good condition but not fully updated.  Very bright interior and functional floor plan.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Negatives:</strong> Kitchen was a galley style kitchen, felt it would be better if it were larger and more open.  Back yard had a pond that needed some work or total removal.</p>
